Coaches keep you accountable in many ways, including: regular one on one sessions, checking in on habit- tracking. Coaches and clients will measure progress weekly. Coaches will co-create plans with specific steps and deadlines helping you stay focused and accountable throughout the program.

Coaches will help you increase your productivity by first identifying what root causes are hindering a your progress. It could be stress, lack of sleep, relationships or poor nutrition.
